09:45-12:00 Meeting in the Starosty (Head Office) of Mikołów County

· 09:45-10:15 – Welcoming guests by the Mikołów County local authorities, presentation of partners, a short outline of the project;

· 10:15-10:30 – Coffee break;

· 10:30-11:15 - Presentation of the initiatives for seniors in Mikołów County: Aleksandra Łataś ( Starosty / Head Office), Aleksandra Gałeczka ( DOGMA Association );

· 11:15-12:00 - Presentation of the exercise program for elderly people: Professor Janusz Szopa ( The Academy of Physical Education in Katowice ).

12:00 Lunch

12:30 Excursion to Kraków

· 14:20 - Presentation of the educational offer and interactive exhibition – Collegium Maius Museum Jagiellonian University in Kraków;

· 15:20-17:30 – Visiting the historical center of Kraków;

· 18:00 - Dinner in the restaurant “Chłopskie Jadło”;

· circa 19:30 - Return to the hotel.

14:00 Meeting in the Starosty (Head Office) of Mikołów County

· Presentation about specific features of e-learning in Poland and accustoming of the IT technology in the Universities of the Third Age – dr Agnieszka Ulfik ( Institute of Technology in Częstochowa );

· 16:00-16:30 - Meeting with assigns of the project “ Time for health “ ( First Secondary School in Mikołów );

· 16:45-17:45 Meeting with target group and assigns of the project “TANDEMS GO…” ( the Complex of United Technical Schools in Mikołów );

· Presentation of the classes methodology and preliminary results by trainers;

· Discussion with participants – participants of the County University of the Third Age and young people, evaluation.

18:00 Farewell dinner
